Shipping Policy

Overview

We aim to deliver your eyewear products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for details on delivery options, timelines, and costs.

Delivery Area

Currently, we only offer shipping within Kuwait.

Shipping Area

Shipping is divided into two main areas: Local (Al-Jahra) and Remote Areas (locations more than 80 km from Al-Jahra).

Local (Al-Jahra) Area

  • Orders Over 12 KD: Free shipping (delivery within 1-3 days).
  • Orders Under 12 KD: A flat fee of 1 KD applies (delivery within 1-3 days).

Remote Areas

  • Orders Over 50 KD: Free shipping (delivery within 1-3 days).
  • Orders Under 50 KD: A flat fee of 2 KD applies (delivery within 1-3 days).

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Process

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to the recipient's unavailability, our delivery partner will make up to two attempts to deliver the order.
  • After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will need to contact our customer service to arrange a new delivery.

Order Tracking

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
  • For any issues or questions regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service at admin@alharethoptics.com.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
